Kimberly Ferguson, MD

Dr. Kimberly Ferguson is excited to be joining the practice in October 2023. Born in Iowa, Dr. Ferguson’s family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida just before her first birthday. She grew up with her parents and three siblings in St. Johns County prior to receiving her chemical engineering degree from the University of Alabama. She attended medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed pediatrics residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Ferguson returned home to Jacksonville after graduating from residency with her husband (Tyler), two children (Ruthie and Trip), and dog (Poppy). She enjoys spending each moment of her free time with her husband and young children and stays quite busy keeping up with them! They especially love going to playgrounds, visiting the zoo and public libraries, and taking picnics to the park. On Saturdays in the fall, she can be found watching College GameDay and cheering on the Crimson Tide.

She enjoys caring for children of all ages and families of all stages but has a special interest in newborn care and lactation support.
