Jack A. Page, APRN

Jack Page joined The Carithers Pediatric Group in July 2015 after retiring from the Navy. Jack is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau. Jack grew up in Louisiana and Texas and though an avid Longhorn fan, he attended the University of Arkansas where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000.

Following graduation, Jack joined the Navy as a Registered Nurse and found his passion caring for children while serving in the Mother-Baby Unit and Emergency Departments. Jack was selected for Duty Under Instruction and attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Masters of Science in Nursing in 2008.

Jack has worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Naval Hospital Beaufort, and most recently at Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point. Jack enjoys teaching and has mentored several hospital corpsmen and has been a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students at the University of Florida and Medical University of South Carolina.

Jack is married to his high school sweetheart, Anna, and has two daughters – Isabella and Victoria. Away from work Jack enjoys spending time with family, Florida Gator athletics, swimming, and riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle.
