|Important Office Update|
As we at Carithers continue to evolve our patient care, we are actively looking for ways to improve your experience. We are launching an expanded check-in process through Phreesia at both office locations. We ask when you confirm your appointment and complete the pre-visit registration a few days prior to your child’s appointment, that you make sure the phone number listed is the phone number of the person bringing the child to the appointment. Starting Monday, May 18th, you will no longer need to locate a staff member to check-in. Instead, the morning of your child’s appointment you will receive a text message from our office reminding you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s appointment and to respond to this text message once you have arrived in the parking lot. Please stay in your car. Once your text message confirming your arrival has been received by our office, our staff will communicate any necessary information to you through the text message platform. We look forward to this new check-in process!
|Office Changes Starting June|
As of June 1st, we will offer well check appointments at our Park Street office from 8 am to 2 pm. We will continue to maintain our Point Meadows office as a well office only. As we approach the checkup season, we would like to encourage you to schedule your child’s annual physical soon. Sick visits will continue to be seen only at our Park Street office. Weather permitting, we will continue to see patients with contagious symptoms in the parking lot at our Park Street office. We will continue to offer telehealth appointments daily at each office. As always, we will continue our strident hand washing and facility cleaning between each patient visit.
